A Comprehensive Induction Strategy
Professional pathways for teachers, coaches and school leaders
A crucial factor for raising student achievement and closing opportunity gaps is the teacher and the school leadership team. We are working together utilizing relevant research to focus on developing the capacity of new educators, instructional coaches and school leaders, emphasizing both induction and possible adaptations in preparation models.
This work will honor and build upon many of the current, impactful, successful partnerships that currently exist between the district and the School of Education, as well as reinforce and create new ways of working together.
